After a full day of shopping, where among other things I got the new "Pioneer Woman Cookbook"! that I have been wanting so much, we went to see New Moon.It was Abba, Beloved, Jen and I and of the four of us I was the only one who loved it. Abba had not read the books or seen the previous movie so of course he thought it was so silly. I knew it was going to be, even when you say the plot out loud it sounds ridiculous to the ear. Knowing what to expect helps a lot. I love the books and I thought this movie was much better than the first. I thought it did a great job showing the story. Edward and Bella were both much much less annoying than the first movie. I liked Jacob so much and could really see his appeal. I think they also did a good job showing Rosalie's angst and dislike of Bella. The wolves were cool. I just liked it. I would see it again and I would buy the DVD. If you go in expecting a vampire story and are totally prepared for the silly parts then you will love it too:)

Right On. I loved the books also and it is funny to hear the teenage girls in the theater with their chatter and uuandahhs.

I loved the books, but was disappointed in the first movie, so I haven't gone to see New Moon. Maybe I'll go see it now. Glad you are having a fun time.
Loved it too! Way way better than Twilight.
i feel the exact same way saw it yesterday but unlike everyother million people I have talked to about the movie I am still on team edward:)LOL
