super cute cut! She looks like she is loving it-
I have a daughter who had super long, gorgeous hair. She wanted to cut it. We did it in two stages. Part of her wants her long hair back, and her hair even grows pretty fast but she doesn't have the patience to let it :)
My other one's hair grows so slow that we are really cautious about cutting hers- little more commitment if we do.

S is soooooooooooooooooooooo gorgeous. Both before and after. I wish I was still her boss...but I am not in more ways than one. I just love her to death. You will have to tell her so! :)
