It's only a decorating style when you stack them neatly and then place some tchotchke on top. But then that means you don't really read the books, and clearly the books in the exhibits are read.
Oh my! A fellow decorator like myself! If you straighten them up that would imply INTENT. As in the exhibits---that implies delightful living. ;-) As for the tchotchke (love it Tori!!!)mine is generally UNDER the books! teehee!

Wow, we decorate like that too! I don't think you can have too many books. Of course the movers always disagree with me.
