I got to go on a field trip with brother today. I woke up feeling not great but didn't want to miss it. Fortunately whatever is bothering me doesn't seem to be fatal and I was able to go and have fun with him.We got to ride the bus. A big thrill for the boy who had never ridden in one before. He wrestled with his friends in the seat the whole time.
Then we got to the auditorium and got to hear Stephen Kite and his Magical Education Express. A fun, loud, interactive concert.
Then we rode on the bus again and went to the park for a picnic and playing.
The kids loved the leaves and jumping in the piles.
The equipment got crowded but only one child got hurt and everyone had fun so that was nice.

Tonight is Killer Bunny Tournament and the big rival high school football game. S and J will be going to the game the rest of us to KBT.

I miss going on field trips--I always loved them. Isn't it great to be able to go!!!
