I've been using my quiet minutes well. Looking on line for Christmas. The count down is on and although I have finally bought the first present on my list there is still more to go. Christmas is always a big production: between buying gifts, doing cards, going caroling, lights, food, gifts for neighbors and VT families, singing carols, reading a story a day to count down and more. It's fun and I am not complaining but it takes a lot of thought and prep time.
Anyway, E brought a book to conference to read to help him stay reverent (obviously that went really well :) ) He took one of his favorites: NATO FIGHTERS AND AIRCRAFT ATTACK by Bill Gunston and he told me that there were many others in the series and that he wants them all because they are "very valuable and you can learn a lot" . Amazon has a bunch for some good prices (I looked not bought ;)) He also wants Transformers. Easy to find, not too expensive, yeah for one easy breezy shoppee!
MSV and I talk on the phone almost every day. Lately we've been talking about the holidays a lot. She's ahead of me, as usual. But I am prepared to catch up!

We must be on the same wavelength because I have spent a lot of today thinking about my "Plan December 2007". I want to be SO organized this year so I can fully enjoy the season!
Please post your ideas!
(I like your daily gratitude plan-I heart microwaves too.)
Wow good for you!!!!! do you make cards? or send ones like I do that some wonderful company made ahead of and sold to me:>
I love this time of year--I like to get as much done as I can early. That way Christmas doesn't seem so overwhelming.
ugh. It sneaks up on me every year! but not this year...(she says AGAIN)
I used to know that book inside and out. Chip off the old block.

I'm not too much ahead of you. So much to do still!
Try Overstock and half.com for the books. They always beat Amazon's prices. I buy too many books!
