you're hillarious! rural is nice-- I think I might even prefer it.
At first glance your neighbor reminds me of the rickshaws in China except he doesn't have nearly enough things stacked on there. The cutest rickshaw I saw was a man and his wife on a rickety bike pulling a cart loaded down with watermelons in it and a sweet baby nestled among the melons.
It was so funny.
