I wish chocolate were on that list too:)

if prunes really slow the aging process, why is it that only really old people eat 'um?

What a nice list. I should print it and keep it as reference. I am glad you are back. I am glad you had a great time while you were there. Your hair looks so cute...I can't wait to see it in person!

Tori stole my line. No chocolate?? I didn't see spinach on there either. I love spinach. Very good for you too.

A good list, but a few notes: raw apples can worsen diarrhea. Applesauce, cooked apples, slows it down.

Pineapple is not recommended for diarrhea in children, especially.

Flax can be a laxative, and rice also slows diarrhea (especially white rice.)

I say this from a lifetime of experience with IBS...

Lots of yummy food on there. Too bad right now all I want is cold cereal, fries and slushies from Sonic. :)

dark chocolate is actually good for you...those who wanted chocolate on the list...

Dark chocolate
Reservatrol and cocoa phenols (flavonoids).

A truffle a day lowers blood pressure, but choose 70% or higher cocoa content
