A good list, but a few notes: raw apples can worsen diarrhea. Applesauce, cooked apples, slows it down.
Pineapple is not recommended for diarrhea in children, especially.
Flax can be a laxative, and rice also slows diarrhea (especially white rice.)
I say this from a lifetime of experience with IBS...
Lots of yummy food on there. Too bad right now all I want is cold cereal, fries and slushies from Sonic. :)
