america's past time

After dinner (and before) the boys had a few minutes to play ball. Turns out Elder Clapp used to be a pitcher. future Elder E had a great time hitting and doing a victory dance when he connected!

What lucky missionaries to be over at your house for dinner quite a bit! I bet they just love the happy family atmosphere.

Victory dance?

He was running the bases. Elder Clapp actually would throw me the ball at home plate to try to tag him out. It was great training for E. He is learning the mechanics and the rules without even realizing. Most of the time, we had flip flops or crocs out for bases, although not in this picture.

G enjoys playing ball too. She may be a little softballette or soccerette.

...speaking of missionaries... they just stopped by here and are coming for dinner on Friday.
They were all hot and sweaty, both from SLC and not used to it being a 100 yet! :)
